Toy Ninja Controls Update

A ton of people have mentioned that the controls for Toy Ninja do not feel right, and to fix that I am releasing a mini-update today. I call it a mini-update because there are no new levels to try. This is more of a fixes update than a new content update.

In addition to the controls tweak, I have also colored the ninja black to stand out better against the background, and there are some behind-the-scenes code fixes that were driving me insane. Messy code makes me anxious :-P
